Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Clare Religious Education (Youth)
Welcome all families to join our Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and St. Clare Parish family. Classes and meetings are on Wednesday evenings, starting in September, from 6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. at St. Clare. Full calendar below.
The Faith Formation program provides instruction for children in grades K-8 on Wednesday evenings. Children learn about the Sacraments, Church Doctrine, and Traditions of the Catholic Church.
Jesus called for the children, saying: "Let the little children come to me. Do not shut them off. The reign of God belongs to such as these. Trust me when I tell you that whoever does not accept the kingdom of God as a child will not enter into it." Luke 18:16-17.
PreK - Grade 8
Children learn what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Catechists implement faith sharing through prayer and Scripture stories, and children learn Catholic tradition and doctrine. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from late September until Easter time.
