Clean Water From a Parking Lot: Microbioretention Practices at Our Lady of Mount Carmel

In 2020, Gunpowder Valley Conservancy installed two microbioretention practices in Our Lady of Mount Carmel's parking lot to filter 17,000 sq. feet of stormwater runoff. Bay-Wise Garden Tour 10/4/20

In partnership with the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy, we recently renovated 4 parking spaces into specially engineered gardens that will filter stormwater into clean water. OLMC is committed to caring for God’s Creation.
